Large Numbers Expected
07/14/2000 - In one year from now Shania's hometown of Timmins Ontario, Canada will be the destination for thousands of Shania Twain fans thus turning the city of Timmins upside down. The city's tourisim co-ordinator, Will Saari is expecting a major boost in tourism once the Shania Twain Interpretive Center opens. "Not a day goes by that we dont get a couple of e-mails or calls from people asking about the centre or asking about Shania, or some places that may have been special to her," said Saari. One of the incentives for Shania fans to visit the grand opening is that Shania is expected to attend the opening!
