Shania Centre Tickets On Sale Tomorrow
05/21/2001 - Tickets for the Shania Twain Centre Grand Opening weekend, June 30th to July 2nd, 2001 will be going on sale tomorrow (May 22nd)! Tickets will remain on sale from Tuesday, May 22nd to Friday, May 25th (12 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and Monday, May 28th to Friday, June 1st (12 p.m. to 6 p.m). For local residents the $10.00 tickets will be available in the lounge at the McIntyre Curling Club and can be paid for with cash, Visa or MasterCard.
All other Shania fans in North America and around the World will be able to purchase tickets at 1-800-387-8466, or through packages currently being offered by Cedar Meadows Resort, The Senator, Super 8 and Travelodge hotels.
Will Saari, Site Manager at the Shania Twain Centre, indicated that organizers of the Grand Opening have devised a special schedule for the first weekend that will see Shania fans purchase tickets for tours at pre-determined times: "This will allow people to make their way to the Centre at a pre-determined time without having to wait in line for a long period", Saari indicated during the press conference.
